GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. 

Only one coupon code per order can be utilized.

PRODUCTION/PROCESSING

Most of the items in our store are created here in our studio. In stock apparel and accessories ship within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Artwork and custom orders are made to order in 2-3 WEEKS. Orders processed outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day. Please double check your order production and shipping times BEFORE making your purchase. From October through December, we frequently experience higher demand which may extend our custom production schedule to 4-5 weeks. If needed by a certain date, we recommend contacting us regarding our current production timeline prior to placing your order. Custom orders received after 11/15 may not be received by Christmas. It is important to note when considering production and shipping times that Saturday & Sunday do not fall within our business hours for production.

SHIPPING

All shipping is based on weight and current USPS rates. We offer FREE SHIPPING OVER $100!  $100 purchase required for Free Shipping. Free shipping applies to U.S. only.  FREE SHIPPING WITH $100 PURCHASE: Place $100 of qualifying items in shopping bag. No promo code needed. The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping does not include gift wrap charges, purchases of Gift Cards or tax. Offer applies to Standard Shipping to one location. Free Shipping does not apply to home decor, art, prior purchases or international orders. Due to size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge, which will still apply. Free Shipping cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. 

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
As we are unable to estimate various customs fees and taxes for individual countries, you are the buyer are responsible for customs fees, taxes and any additional fees that may apply.

RETURNED PURCHASES: If for any reason an item is returned to us undeliverable, we will hold the order for two weeks to provide you time to contact us and make alternative arrangements. We are not responsible for packages being returned undeliverable. Additional shipping charges will be assessed for the second shipment.  We do not process refunds nor credit for undeliverable orders.
